Refund and Cancellation Policies

All refunds will be subject to a $50 admin fee, per booking, and all refund requests must be submitted to info@axisadventurecamps.com

The refund fee will also apply to any refunds given due to funding cheques.

Season long club programs

A full refund less the admin fee will be issued if requested a minimum of 14 days prior the session start date (spring, summer, or fall). A credit will be issued if requested within the 14 days prior to the session starting. Refunds will not be issued once the session has started*

If you are unable to attend one of your camp days and wish to schedule a make up day we will require 48 hours written notice. Make up days are subject to availability and not available for days missed due to weather, we are also unable to offer make up days for no shows. Once a make up day has been rescheduled, if you wish to change it again, that will count as another make up day. All make ups must be used within the same session and refunds or credits will not be issued for any missed days. Missed days you wish to be rescheduled must be given in writing and sent to info@axisadventuerecamps.com.

Weekly Package

A full refund less the admin fee will be issued if requested a minimum of 7 days prior to your first day. We are unable to reschedule any days missed during your selected week.

5 Day Package

A full refund less the admin fee will be issued if requested a minimum of 7 days prior to your first selected date. If you wish to reschedule a selected date a minimum of 48 hours written notice is required.

Drop In Days

A full refund less the admin fee will be issued if requested a minimum of 72 hours prior to your selected date.
